The Picatinny Golf Course is an 18-hole, Par 72 course that measures 6,812 yards from
the back tees. The original course was established in 1921 but the designer of
the course is unknown. With a course
rating of 72.8 and a slope of 129 it is well respected for its toughness.
The course
is designed to challenge every level of golfer with excellent greens and beautiful
tree lined fairways. The course was two sets
of risk/reward holes. The two par 5’s
and two par 3’s on the front and back nine.
The course offers perfect balance and plenty of competitive
opportunities for every golfer. When we
played the course, there were more civilian playing the course then the
military.
This golf
course is open to the public.
