The Roughrider Golf Course is a 9-hole, Par 36 course that measures 3,073 yards from
the back tees. The designer is not known
but the course opened in 1976.
The golf
course only has nine holes but there are two sets of men’s tees so the course
can be played as an 18-hole layout. The
landscape is fairly flat and the fairways are tree lined with some sand. The greens also flat but fast. Due to some water conservation issues in the
area, the fairways and especially the greens are not maintained as well as they
normally would be.
This course
is open to the public.
