The Willow Lakes Golf Course is an 18-hole,
Par-72 course that measures 6,850 yards from the back tees. This Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed course
opened in 1962 and has a rating of 73.5 with a slope of 132.
This course
is a typical Robert Trent Jones Sr. layout, featuring a lot of water and sand
traps/bunkers. The course plays fairly
long from the back tees, but has four sets of tees that make it manageable for
all skill levels. The very picturesque
third hole has you hitting from an elevated tee to a green flanked by a pond on
the left and sand on the right. This is
a challenging golf course you will enjoy playing many times. Put this course on your bucket list.
