Fort Hood, Texas

The Courses of Clear Creek have three 9-hole courses:  the Deer Run Course, the Panther Claw Course, and the Armadillo Hills Course.  Formerly known as the “Anderson Golf Course”, the courses were designed by Perry Maxwell & Press Maxwell and opened in 1948.  The courses are playable in three combinations.

Deer Run/Panther Claw:  This course is an 18-hole, Par 72 that measures 6,874 yards from the back tees and has a rating of 72.7 and a slope of 121.

Panther Claw/Armadillo Hills:  This course is an 18-hole, Par 72 course that plays at 6,794 yards from the back tees, with a rating of 72.3 and a slope of 120.

Armadillo Hills/Deer Run:   This course is an 18-hole, Par 72 course that measures 6,884 yards from the back tees, with a rating of 72.9 and a slope of 122.

The courses feature wide open fairways and elevated tees.  There are numerous trees that line all the courses and some can affect your score, so accuracy is a must.  Water hazards (ponds) come into play on several holes on all courses.
All the course are open to the public.

Both golf courses are open to the public.
